SECURITY VEHICLE PATROL

A vehicle patrol service is a cost effective program which provides a strong security presence on your property while conducting mobile inspections at random intervals. Most clients not needing a full-time posted guard service will find that the occasional checks/inspections suit their needs and budget very well.

Our vehicle patrol service is a seven day a week program that fits our client’s specific needs and is tailored differently to each property that we serve. During our random inspections our uniformed officers will conduct foot patrols, door & window checks, lock or unlock any designated areas, check for maintenance or safety hazards, respond on calls of service and alarm activations, investigate suspicious or criminal activity, and enforce your property’s rules/regulations.
We use professional, commercially insured, fully marked patrol vehicles. Our vehicles also have a GPS tracking system which we can track our employees and prove to our clients that they are receiving all contracted inspections and proper service on any given night.

We maintain a live 24 hour dispatch center. Along with many new state-of-the art features including dash cameras that are now being installed in our patrol vehicles. Unlike many other companies trying to cut corners, we don’t have our guards, supervisors or patrol officers act as dispatchers after hours. GCS employs professionally trained dispatchers to act as a liaison between management, clients, police, fire, medical assistance - 24 hours a day. After receiving a call from you, our dispatch will quickly send that call out to a nearby patrol unit for response. All calls are digitally recorded to ensure quality control and can be reviewed after any such issue.

GCS management personnel is trained to deal with media, outside investigators, law enforcement personnel, etc, while protecting your interest and ensuring everything is being handled properly; we also try to protect your reputation, privacy, and liability with the greatest care and attention possible.

Alarm Response & Alarm Systems

99% of all alarm companies do not have any type of patrol service respond to your home or business should your alarm activate. With local law enforcement being overwhelmed with increasing crime and calls, their response is often times delayed. Most alarm companies, after installation, just monitor your system for a monthly fee.

Some issues with police response:Most police departments are following suit with cities such Los Angles and Dallas in which their policies are they will NOT respond to your alarm if it is “unverified.” This is due to all the false alarms they respond to and delay them from real police duties. Most police departments will check your exterior (that they can gain access to only) and if there are no signs of a break-in, they will leave a note or tag on your door advising they came and usually will charge you for a false alarm response in addition to your alarm companies’ monthly charge. GCS can respond to any alarm system activation, no matter who your provider is.

GCS will be on scene representing you and protecting your best interests. If you’re away and your property cannot be secured after a break-in, we will remain at your property until you or your representative

GCS 24 hour, live dispatch & Management response. With GCS, all calls for service you will talk with a live dispatcher. GCS has a California based 24 hour, live dispatch center available to you. Unlike many other companies trying to cut corners, we don’t have our guards, supervisors or patrol officers act as dispatchers on their cell phones or office management after hours. GCS employs professionally trained dispatchers to act as a liaison between management, clients, police, fire, medical, tow companies, etc. - 24 hours a day. After receiving a call from you or your alarm company, our dispatch will quickly send that call out to a nearby patrol unit for response. All calls are digitally recorded to ensure quality control.

Our dispatchers, much like law enforcement, can send updated client or call information to our officers while they are responding to a call through several systems we have in place: Secured phones, digital radios and digitally secured instant call messaging.

Our management also monitors our officers and patrol cars through GPS in-car tracking systems which not only shows which car is closer to the call, but also ensures contracted service is being performed properly with all checks or patrols being done.
GCS can also have a Supervisor on your property within 30-60 minutes of notification of all major incidents. GCS management personnel is trained to deal with media, outside investigators, law enforcement personnel, etc, while protecting your interest and ensuring everything is being handled properly; we also try to protect your reputation, privacy, and liability with the greatest care and attention possible.
